At Would Ya, we want you to have a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they have been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined below.

Returns

If your order has already shipped, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unopened

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply to eligible returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
